| Mr. Code participates in the Chicago Hospital Risk Pooling Program (CHRPP) of the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council, a professional liability (malpractice) program, pooling hospitals’ resources in order to protect their assets, reduce liability and premium costs, and implement effective risk management programs. | |||

| Ms. Gellen is one of the first members of the Federal Trial Bar and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Illinois Association of Defense Council. She is also a member of the Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys and of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Ms. Gellen has done pro bono work for the ACLU. | ||||

Mr. Haberkorn was selected as a Federal Trial Bar Instructor for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and appointed to their prestigious Local Rules Committee. He has also been appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on the Judicial Performance Evaluation Committee. Mr. Haberkorn is a member of the Appellate Lawyers’ Association, having served on the Editorial Board of the Appellate Law Review, and is a member of the Federal Bar Association. He has taught Agency and Partnership Law at The John Marshall Law School, co-chaired the Federal Bar Training Course of the Chicago Bar Association, and served on the Executive Civil Practice Subcommittee and as Vice Chair of the CBA Judiciary Committee.

Ms. Kubalanza has served on the Illinois Supreme Court committee that drafts jury instructions used in civil matters throughout Illinois and is actively involved in the legal community, most recently teaching legal writing and appellate advocacy at The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Through a program sponsored by the Archdiocese of Chicago she was appointed 'Principal for a Day' of an inner city school. She has tutored high school students and represented pro bono clients. Ms. Kubalanza served previously on the Board of Directors of Literacy Chicago. She has been a member of the Maria High School Board of Directors for ten years, its chairperson for 3 of those years and is currently President of the Maria High School Alumnae Association. | ||||
