FOCUS
Ms. Golden is a Partner at Lowis & Gellen who has extensive
litigation experience, with complicated cases involving catastrophic
injuries and death.
Her areas of concentration include medical malpractice, medical products and products liability,
as well as general personal injury defense.
In addition, Ms. Golden has been involved with various commercial
litigation matters including license and franchise disputes.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Ms. Golden is a member of the American Bar Association,
the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Her parents emigrated from Cuba with the onset of the Castro regime and she speaks fluent Spanish.
EDUCATION
Ms. Golden received a B.A. in Government and International Relations from the University of Notre Dame,
South Bend, Indiana and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She also completed a year
abroad with the University of Notre Dame London Law Program, London, England.
