FOCUS
Lisa M. Kepler's primary area of practice is Commercial Litigation. Prior to joining Lowis & Gellen in 2007, Ms. Kepler served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paddy H. McNamara in the Commercial Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, where she researched and drafted opinions in cases involving contract disputes, insurance coverage, fraud, and employment matters.
EDUCATION
Ms. Kepler graduated cum laude from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2005, where she was an Honors at Entrance Scholar, on the Dean's List, and won a CALI Academic Achievement Award in Legal Writing. She also served as Senior Editor of the Annals of Health Law Review and tutored first-year legal writing students. Ms. Kepler received her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona (B.A. in Economics, 1999 cum laude).
ADMISSIONS
Ms. Kepler is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
