FOCUS
Patrick McHale is an associate attorney with Lowis & Gellen.
He concentrates his practice in representing hospitals, physicians,
nurses and other healthcare providers in complex medical malpractice litigation.
Mr. McHale also represents pharmacies and pharmacists in cases involving prescription errors.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. McHale is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the U.S.
District Court in the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State
Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
EDUCATION
Mr. McHale obtained his JD from the DePaul University College of Law in 2006 and his
BA from the Colorado College in 2000.
