FOCUS
Patrick Moran represents publicly traded corporations, privately held companies and individuals in a wide variety of commercial matters in both State and Federal courts throughout the United States. In addition, he defends municipal liability and constitutional tort claims, product liability claims, and medical malpractice claims. He has represented clients in all stages of litigation in trial courts and appellate courts as well as arbitration and mediation.
Prior to joining Lowis & Gellen LLP, Mr. Moran gained trial and arbitration experience handling personal injury claims, including auto, medical malpractice and premises liability cases.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Mr. Moran is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. He is also one of the firm’s delegates to the British American Business Council. Each year, he serves as a mock trial judge for the trial advocacy program at the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
EDUCATION
Mr. Moran received his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Illinois, Chicago, Illinois.
