MUNICIPAL LAW
The attorneys on our municipal law team have served as counsel
to a number of Illinois municipalities, government agencies, university
enforcement agencies, elected officials, and state, county and
municipal level authorities and employees. Our attorneys have
successfully represented municipal clients in a wide range of
matters including cases based upon theories of police misconduct,
malicious prosecution, employment and labor disputes, racial and
ethnic discrimination, sexual harassment, premises liability,
negligent supervision and Section 1983 Civil Rights disputes.
